BERNADETTE MURPHY

Experience
In 2001, Bernadette was the Assistant Marathon Coach (under Head Coach Mindy) for the NYC Chapter of Team In Training and helped to train 60 athletes for the Dublin, Ireland Marathon. She was also the Head Coach for the New Jersey Team Danskin Women’s Triathlon Team in 2003. Bernadette is currently Head Coach of Team Run Like You Stole Something – a 60 member recreational running/multisport team, which has its roots as a family team.
About Bernadette
Bernadette has been a competitive triathlete and marathoner for 12 years. She has completed nine marathons and dozens of triathlons and in 2002, she accomplished her life-long dream of completing the Ironman Triathlon. In 2007, Bernadette competed in the Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii, and in 2012, she completed the inaugural NYC Ironman. She works full-time as an Office Manager/Compliance Manager at a hedge fund in NYC. From 1982 through 1988, Bernadette served in the United States Navy as an Aerographers' Mate (meteorology and oceanography). She is married with two grown children and one grandchild, and makes her residence in NYC and Cranford, NJ.

ADAM GOLOVIZKI

Experience
Adam has been involved with the sport of running in many ways. He has been the running coach for the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America's (CCFA) training program called Team Challenge. For his own running pursuits, he is a member of the Van Cortlandt Track Club. And for his altruistic side, he has been a fundraiser for the CCFA, the Special Olympics and the Challenged Athlete's Foundation.
About Adam
Adam is a master carpenter creating beautiful indoor environments for the corporate world. He is also a self-employed disc jockey spinning records since 2002. Adam's winning smile will certainly shine as he assists runners at The Running Center. He is single and lives in Queens, NY.

LARRY GLAZER

Experience
Larry has put his fleet feet on the ground while coaching competitive marathoners. He has also coached cross-country and track teams at the high school level. Currently he is coaching a high school phenom runner who has run 17:03 for 5K (a pace of 5:30).
About Larry
Larry has been competing for over 35 years placing in distances from 400 meters to the half-marathon. He has placed at the Millrose Games, the Penn Relays, the National Masters Track & Field Meet and the NYC Half-Marathon. He is also a National Age-Group Athlete (80+ percentile), running times of 17:20 for 5K (a pace of 5:35) and 1:20 for half-marathon (a pace of 6:06) at age 47. Giving back to the sport that has been so good to him is his main focus. He resides in Manhattan as an I.T. Systems Engineer.

HILARY McLEMORE

Hilary has worked as a personal trainer for New York Sports Clubs, the Sports Club/LA and Equinox. For the past four years she has spread her wings and now has her own personal training business where her goal is to give every client the necessary skills for a healthy and active lifestyle. She specializes in weight loss, training for senior populations (helping seniors maintain independence by improving mobility, strength, and balance), pre-natal and post-partum training and swimming. Hilary leads our Spring & Fall walking classes.
About Hilary
Hilary grew up in Tallahassee, Florida and was a competitive swimmer. Her favorite sports now are surfing, swimming, cycling, running and tennis. She lives in Manhattan on the Upper West Side, not far from the Museum, and can often be seen training her clients in Central Park.

Holly began her personal training career in 2008 and currently works for Equinox Fitness. She also has a private practice training people who have medical conditions including obesity, diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, post-surgery, chronic injury and pain.
About Holly
Holly grew up in Brooklyn and currently lives on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. Her favorite activities are weightlifting, running, yoga, cooking and developing healthy recipes. When Holly is not training clients, she competes as a short class Bikini Competitor.
