• Gain confidence running up and down hills

HOW IT WORKS ⇒The 8-week program begins with a kick-off meeting and running assessment.
⇒Each class meets in Central Park or other local venue for a group run and clinic.
⇒The program also includes Runditioning™, (strength & form exercises).
⇒You will receive a personalized daily training schedule designed to help you stay on track to achieve your fitness & health goals.
⇒You will receive Coach Mindy's Ultimate Training Guide for Beginner Runners.
DATES & TIMES ⇒The program starts Sat, June 15 at 8:00am with a kick-off meeting and your first group run. Must be registered to attend.

Sat, June 22 at 8:00am
Sat, June 29 at 8:00am
Tues, July 2 at 7:00pm (night class)
Sat, July 13 at 7:30am
Sat, July 20 at 7:30am
Sat, July 27 at 7:30am
Sat, Aug 3 is the last class and will be a 5-Mile Race. Time tbd.
