          HOW IT WORKS
⇒The 8-week Nutri-Run program begins with a running assessment.

⇒Each class meets in Central Park or other local venue for a group run and running clinic.

⇒The run will also include core conditioning, strength exercises and stretching.

⇒You will receive a personalized daily training schedule designed to help you achieve your fitness goals.

⇒You will receive Coach Mindy's Ultimate Training Guide for Beginner Runners.

⇒Our certified health coach will help maximize your performance with nutritional clinics and weekly tips.


          DATES & TIMES
⇒The program starts Wed, February 29 at 6:30pm with an informational kick-off meeting. Must be registered to attend. This is the only time we meet on a Wed night. No running at this meeting.

⇒The dates of the 8-week Saturday morning program are:
March 3, 10, 17, 24, 31 and April 7, 14. The last class will be held on Sunday, April 22.


⇒Nutrition clinics meet at 9:00am on Mar 10, Mar 31, Apr 14.
Running class meets every week at 10:00am.

⇒Schedule of specific dates, times and locations will be distributed at kick-off meeting.
