Training for a marathon is a serious endeavor. With our 17 years of experience in training 9,000 runners, we are serious about helping you to succeed from Start to Finish Line. The connection between coach and runner is very strong, and we are here to help you every "footstep" of the way. Therefore, your success can only be fully achieved if you have a commitment to the training program. This includes attending as many group runs as possible so that we can monitor your progress (which we cannot do if we don't see you run); responding to weekly RSVP's in a timely manner (so we can properly plan the workouts that will have the most benefit for your training); communicating with the Head Coach by email or phone; and becoming a member of The Running Center's team and proudly wearing the team shirt when you race (no fee for team or shirt, just good old team spirit.)
