• Pace Groups: With pace organizers for all runs.
• Bag Watch: For all runs.
• Energy Food: PowerBars & PowerGels for Long Runs only.
Sports Drink: During and after Long Runs
• Spring Water: During and after Long Runs and Last 10 Mile Run.
• Bagels: After Last 10 Mile Run only.
• Coaching: Coach Mindy will be available to answer all your training and racing questions.

INFORMATION
• All runs are training runs and are not timed races.
• You will receive an email the week of the run with more specific information. 
• For inquiries prior to run-week, please call or email us.
• On-line registration closes the day before each run at 2:00pm.
• You may register in person at the run until 7:30am. CASH ONLY and a $5 late fee will apply.
