Date: Sunday, September 20th Check-in Time: 7:00am to 7:45am Start Run Time: 8:00am Start/Finish Location: W106th Street & Central Park West Distance: 4 to 20 miles. You may run any distance up to 20 miles. Course: We've created a unique 4-mile course in Central Park which includes some hills and some flats, including "the res". You're gonna love it!

15th Annual LAST 10-MILE RUN
We are celebrating our 15th Year for this run and are proud to say that we are the ORIGINATORS of this run!
Date: Saturday, October 17th Check-in Time: 7:00am to 7:45am Start Run Time: 8:00am Start Location: SW Corner of E60th Street & 1st Avenue Finish Location: In Central Park at the NYC Marathon finish line in front of Tavern on the Green Distance/Course: A 10-mile run covering the last 10 miles of the ING NYC Marathon course, two weeks before the actual race. Maps will be distributed.
RUNS INCLUDE
• Pace Groups: With pace organizers for all runs. • Bag Watch: For all runs. • Energy Food: PowerBars and PowerGels for Long Runs only. • Spring Water: During and after Long Runs and after Last 10-Mile Run. • Bagels: After Last 10-Mile Run only.
INFORMATION
• All runs are training runs and are not timed races.
• You will receive an email with more specific information about each run, the week of the run. For inquiries prior to run-week, please call or email us.
• On-line registration closes the day before each run at 2:00pm.
• You may register in person at the run. CASH ONLY and a $5 late fee will apply.
FEES
• Run all three runs for $75. ($25 per run. Save 29% over the cost of one run)
• Run any two runs for $60. ($30 per run. Save 15% over the cost of one run)
• Run any one run for $35.
