Join us for our ever-popular series of road-running events to get you ready for your Fall race. Now in our 12th year for our fully-supported 20-mile runs and our 19th year for our signature Last 10-Mile Run, we are pleased to present our long training runs to get you ready for your Fall race.
LONG RUN #1 - 12th Annual Start or continue your long run training! Date: Sat, Sept 7 Check-in Time: 7:00am to 7:45am Start Run Time: 8:00am Start & Finish Location: W74th & Hudson River Path Distance: Up to 20 miles Course: Hudson River path.
LONG RUN #2 - 12th Annual Best time to run your last 20 miler for the NYC Marathon! Date: Sat, Oct 12 Check-in Time: 7:00am to 7:45am Start Run Time: 8:00am Start & Finish Location: West 102nd St transverse in Central Park Distance: Up to 20 miles Course: 4-mile middle loop (102nd to 72nd)
LAST 10 MILE RUN - 19th Annual We are the originator of this run... Our Signature Event! The body will feel what the mind has seen! Date: Sat, Oct 19 Check-in Time: 7:00am to 7:45am Start Run Time: 8:00am Start Location: On East 60th Street between 1st Avenue & 2nd Avenue Finish Location: In Central Park at the NYC Marathon finish line at West 67th Street in front of (the former) Tavern on the Green restaurant
RUNS INCLUDE • Pace Groups: With pace organizers for all runs. • Bag Watch: For all runs. • Energy Food: PowerBars & PowerGels for Long Runs only.
• Sports Drink: During and after Long Runs • Spring Water: During and after Long Runs and Last 10 Mile Run. • Bagels: After Last 10 Mile Run only. • Coaching:Coach Mindy will be available to answer all your training and racing questions.
INFORMATION • All runs are training runs and are not timed races.
• You will receive an email the week of the run with more specific information.
• For inquiries prior to run-week, please call or email us.
• On-line registration closes the day before each run at 2:00pm.
• You may register in person at the run until 7:30am. CASH ONLY and a $5 late fee will apply.
