Clinic Description: Are you mentally prepared for race day? Have you prepared your pre-race altar? It has been noted that the brain cannot differentiate between an occurrence that actually happened and one that is imagined. As runners you can utilize the imagined experience to strengthen the actual experience. Learn how to prepare for race-day and achieve your goals.
