Outdoor Running Session
Love the outdoors? Meet for a training session in Philadelphia on Kelly Drive. We'll design a workout to teach you how to pace yourself. You'll also work on the "need for speed" and the "thrill of the hill". 

Session also includes Coach Mindy's signature Runditioning™ exercises which focuses on running form and breathing. Once you master these two components, you'll be able to conquer any course and put the pedal to the metal with confidence.

Treadmill Running Session
Not crazy about running outside? Then get coached on your treadmill. 
Session also includes Coach Mindy's signature Runditioning™ exercises which focuses on running form and breathing. Once you master these two components, you'll be able to conquer any course and put the pedal to the metal with confidence.

Want to have a meeting or phone call with the coach? Perhaps you’d like to discuss your running and fitness goals or review your fitness & health history, and then get all your questions answered in a private consultation with the coach. This 60-minute session offers you the opportunity to “pick Coach Mindy’s brain”. There is no running, Runditioning™ or custom training schedule with this service.

Have an idea of what you'd like to work on? Coach Mindy will discuss your idea with you and then create the session to fulfill your needs and match your goals. It can include any of the above workouts or be something totally new.

(2) Schedule the date and time for the first session. If more than one session is desired, you can schedule all of the dates at once.

(4) You'll receive a confirmation with further details about the session.
(5) You'll also receive a questionnaire, so we can know more about your running and fitness history and your goals.
(6) Arrive at the session, raring to go!
