Online Training Schedule


4-week session. Select number of sessions. (1 session = 4 weeks)



How it Works:

  1. Register at: Select Online Training Schedule.
  2. Receive 4-weeks of coaching. Add-on as many 4-week sessions as you’d like.
  3. Suggest 12-weeks (3 sessions) for best results.
  4. After you register, you’ll receive a questionnaire about your running history and goals. Email it to Coach Mindy at with “Schedule Online Coaching Session” in subject line.
  5. Provide two or three dates and times for your “get started” coaching session with Coach Mindy.
  6. Session can be via phone or skype.
  7. Receive your customized written 4-week training schedule with metrics including pace, distance, workout, venue, and cross-training.
  8. Heart rate zones can be added if you know your base numbers.
  9. Schedule will be available via google docs.
  10. Email Coach Mindy to schedule your second coaching session via phone or skype to discuss your customized, written 4-week training schedule.
  11. 4-week session includes coach’s comments via google docs and unlimited email and text support.
  12. Optional to add-on additional phone coaching for more support. Choose from 30-minute sessions.
  13. And off you go… to achieve your running goals!
