Runditioning Session


In-person or on zoom Runditioning™ Session for improved performance and injury prevention.
(1) 45-minute session.



This is a zoom or in-person session. The "in-person" session is in Philadelphia.
Location is at an agreed upon outdoor area in a local park in Center City, Philadelphia.
This is a sport-specific training session. There is very little running.
