Runditioning via Skype

How it Works:

  1. Register at:
  2. Purchase Functional Training Equipment for Runditioning™.
  3. Important Note: Must purchase a balance board as listed on the Runditioning webpage, either with or without elastic tubing. Cannot use a Bosu ball or other type of equipment. Ankle weights and arm weights are optional but suggested. You may choose to purchase them later.
  4. After you receive equipment, email to with “Runditioning via Skype” in subject line.
  5. Provide two or three dates and times that you’d like for your Skype session. Session is approximately 45-60 minutes.
  6. Coach Mindy will get back to you to confirm.
