How It Works:

  1. Includes 4-weeks of coaching. Add-on as many 4-week sessions as you'd like.
  2. We suggest 12-weeks (3 sessions) for best results.
  3. Two phone coaching meetings (one at start and one at finish of session)
  4. Receive your customized written 4-week training schedule with metrics including pace, distance, workout, venue, and cross-training.
  5. Heart rate zones can be added if you know your base numbers.
  6. Training schedule will be available via google docs.
  7. Input your training results by the end of each week via google docs.
  8. Receive coach's comments once per week via google docs.
  9. Includes email and text support.
  10. Optional to add-on phone coaching for more support. Choose from 30-minute sessions.
