Phone Coaching


30-minute session. Select number of sessions. (1 session = 30 minutes).



How it Works:

  1. Register at: Select Phone Coaching.
  2. Receive 30-minutes of phone coaching. If you’d like a 60-minute session, select (2) sessions at registration.
  3. Email to with “Schedule Phone Coaching Session” in subject line.
  4. Provide two or three dates and times that you’d like for your session.
  5. Coach Mindy will get back to you to confirm.
  6. To make the best use of your session, please have your topics and questions ready such as:
    1. Your running level: Beginner (new or never run); Intermediate (have run some races); Experienced (have run half-marathons or marathons with time goals); Competitive (age-group winner, Boston-qualified).
    2. Your approximate running distance per week.
    3. Your approximate pace range: For training and racing.
    4. Your goals: Are you training for a race? What is the race date? Do you have a time goal?
    5. Other exercise routines (strength training, group exercise classes, sports, etc).
