How It Works:
- Includes 4-weeks of coaching. Add-on as many 4-week sessions as you'd like.
- We suggest 12-weeks (3 sessions) for best results.
- After you register, you'll receive a questionnaire about your running history and goals. Email it to Coach Mindy at firstname.lastname@example.org with “Schedule Private Coaching Session” in subject line.
- Provide two or three dates and times for your “get started” coaching session with Coach Mindy.
- Session is via phone.
- Receive your customized written 4-week training schedule with metrics including pace, distance, workout, venue, and cross-training.
- Heart rate zones can be added if you know your base numbers or with our Max Heart Rate Test.
- Training schedule will be available via google docs.
- 4-week session includes coach's comments via google docs and unlimited email and text support.
- Optional to add-on phone coaching for more support. Choose from 30-minute sessions.
