Custom Running Training Schedule


4-week session. Select number of sessions. (1 session = 4 weeks)



How It Works:

  1. Includes 4-weeks of coaching. Add-on as many 4-week sessions as you'd like.
  2. We suggest 12-weeks (3 sessions) for best results.
  3. After you register, you'll receive a questionnaire about your running history and goals. Email it to Coach Mindy at with “Schedule Private Coaching Session” in subject line.
  4. Provide two or three dates and times for your “get started” coaching session with Coach Mindy.
  5. Session is via phone.
  6. Receive your customized written 4-week training schedule with metrics including pace, distance, workout, venue, and cross-training.
  7. Heart rate zones can be added if you know your base numbers or with our Max Heart Rate Test.
  8. Training schedule will be available via google docs.
  9. 4-week session includes coach's comments via google docs and unlimited email and text support.
  10. Optional to add-on phone coaching for more support. Choose from 30-minute sessions.
