How It Works:

  1. Includes 4-weeks of coaching. Add-on as many 4-week sessions as you'd like.
  2. We suggest 12-weeks (3 sessions) for best results.
  3. After you register, you'll receive a questionnaire about your running history and goals. Email it to CoachMindy@therunningcenter.com with “Schedule Private Coaching Session” in subject line.
  4. Provide two or three dates and times for your “get started” coaching session with Coach Mindy.
  5. Session is via phone.
  6. Two phone coaching meetings (one at start and one at finish of session)
  7. Receive your customized written 4-week training schedule with metrics including pace, distance, workout, venue, and cross-training.
  8. Heart rate zones can be added if you know your base numbers.
  9. Training schedule will be available via google docs.
  10. 4-week session includes coach's comments once per week via google docs and unlimited email and text support.
  11. Optional to add-on phone coaching for more support. Choose from 30-minute sessions.
