What is Runditioning™?

Runditioning™ was created by Mindy Solkin, founder of The Running Center. While coaching thousands of runners, Coach Mindy saw the need to work on the biomechanics of running, just as much as she trains runners to work on the physiology of running.

Runditioning™ is a full-body strength and functional training workout that teaches running-specific exercises to help runners have better form, prevent injuries, and improve performance. This one-of-a-kind, unique method includes a sequence of exercises, drills, and training principles, plus mental focus for better mind/body awareness.

Location:

This is an in-person session in Center City Philadelphia. Location is at an agreed upon outdoor area in a local park. This is a strength and form session with a small amount of running. Arrangements can be made for a zoom session.
